The sloped topography and closed rear façade limited natural light and constrained the spatial strategy. At the same time, the secluded context demanded maximum privacy without compromising openness. The client sought a design that would feel dynamic while maintaining strong spatial continuity.
A U-shaped layout was introduced to create a protected inner courtyard as the core of the house. This configuration maximized daylight and established a direct relationship between the living spaces and the pool while preserving privacy. Modern architectural geometry was combined with natural stone surfaces to achieve a strong yet timeless architectural identity.
